The Cabane des Audannes welcomes ski tourers and summer hikers. It is manned from early March to late April and from late June to mid-October; the dates vary each year depending on access conditions. It lies at the foot of the Wildhorn and is a stage on the Bernese Haute-Route or the Tour du Wildhorn. It has a dining room, a terrace open in summer, and two dormitories with 27 and 22 beds respectively. The Cabane can therefore accommodate up to 49 people per night. A small menu of fresh produce and local drinks is available every day. The winter room is accessible outside the caretaker periods.
