Ludwigsburger Hütte

The Ludwigsburger Hut is located on a western hillside of the north "Geigenkamm" on an altitude of 1935m. The hut is just underneath the timberline on a beautiful glade. It is surrounded by the wild-romantic landscape of the "Ötztal Alps". The view the other side "Kaunergrat" is one of the most beautiful views in the eastern Alps. The short hike and the big adventure playground in the nature makes the place ideal for families. A real playground close to the hut allows even small kids to frolic. The material ropeway, located on the parking in the valley, can transport the luggage to the hut. For families this service is even free of charge.
