Dear Guests, please note the following points when making a booking: If your desired date is fully booked, you can be placed on the waiting list . This works the same way as a regular booking. You will be notified via email if a spot becomes available. Please note that in this case, the entire booking will be placed on the waiting list, not just the missing beds. Requests regarding room allocation can be entered in the comments field. We do our best to accommodate our guests' wishes, but we kindly ask for your understanding if not all requests can be fulfilled. For other requests, such as reserving the seminar room or sauna , please contact us via email. The comments field is only checked 1-2 days before arrival when we finalize room assignments, whereas emails are answered continuously. Overnight stays with dogs are only possible during the summer . Half-board and breakfast can be booked directly on-site; no advance reservation is necessary. Online reservations can be made up until 6:00 PM on the day before your arrival. For later bookings, please contact the hut team. Our terms and cancellation policies apply and will be sent with your booking confirmation. Free cancellation is possible up to three days before arrival (by 6:00 PM). After this, a cancellation fee of €10.00 per person per day applies. In case of a no-show or a cancellation on the day before arrival after 6:00 PM, a no-show fee of €25.00 per person per night will be charged.
