Dear guests, please note the following points when making your reservation: When booking online, you can choose between a dormitory or a room with beds. Requests can be added in the comments field. We will assign you to either the dormitory or a room with beds on the day of arrival. After submitting your reservation, you will receive a confirmation link. Please confirm this within 2 hours, otherwise your reservation will expire. (Check your spam folder) The dormitory/rooms are equipped with pillows and wool blankets. For hygienic reasons, a sleeping bag liner must be used. Our terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply, which we will send you with your booking confirmation. Cancellation is free of charge up to 6 days before arrival, after which a cancellation fee of €10.00 per person per day will be charged. In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival (this begins at 6 p.m. the day before), a no-show fee of €20.00 per person per night will be charged. The cancellation fee per person, which will be charged to your credit card or invoiced, is intended to cover the loss of revenue incurred by the hut operator. To prevent bed bugs, guests who stayed at another hut the previous day must leave their backpacks in the backpack room. They are not allowed to take them to their sleeping area. The hut sleeping bag must be microwaved for at least 30 seconds. (Microwave-safe: no silk, metal fasteners) Online reservations can be made until 6:00 p.m. on the day before the arrival date at the latest. For later reservations, please contact the hut team.
