Hüttenrunde Gipfelwege

With the "PACKAGE BOOKING HÜTTENRUNDE GIPFELWEGE", the DAV Berchtesgaden section offers a special service for simplified booking of available dormitory places (an upgrade to a room dormitory is not possible). For the 4-day mountain tour you book one night at each of the following three huts in a single booking: 1st night: Schneibsteinhaus, 2nd night: Wasseralm in der Röth, 3rd night: Kärlingerhaus am Funtensee. They lie along two stages of the demanding Berchtesgaden Gipfelweg in the core zone of Berchtesgaden National Park. Stages / alternative routes: 1st night, Schneibsteinhaus — ascent from the Königssee car park via Königsbachalm, 4:30 h, highest point 1,670 m; alternative: up with the Jenner cable car, descent to the Schneibsteinhaus, 0:40 h. 2nd night, Wasseralm — Gipfelweg via Schneibstein, Seeleinsee, Hochgschirr and Landtal, 8:00–10:00 h, highest point 2,276 m; alternative via Gotzenalm and Landtal, 8:00 h, highest point 1,701 m. 3rd night, Kärlingerhaus — Gipfelweg via Lange Gasse and Niederbrunnsulzn, 8:00 h, highest point 2,368 m; alternative via Halsköpfl, Schwarzsee and Grünsee, 4:00–5:00 h, highest point 1,731 m. Descent to the Königssee via the Saugasse to St. Bartholomä, then by boat to Königssee Seelände — please check the boat departure times! Please familiarise yourself thoroughly with this DEMANDING mountain tour in advance. The package can be booked up to 10 days before the tour starts.
