Saènt "Silvio Dorigoni"

Rifugio Dorigoni , located in Trentino, is owned by the Società degli Alpinisti Tridentini (Tridentine Mountaineering Society). It is situated in Val di Rabbi, in the upper part of Val Saent—one of the most authentic valleys in the Stelvio National Park and the entire Ortles-Cevedale Group—at an altitude of 2,436 meters, perched above a rocky ledge in a sunny and open position. The Saent Waterfalls, the scenic Sternai Lakes trail, the Monumental Larches Trail and the high-altitude landscapes with the Careser Glacier, Cima Rossa, and Cima Sternai are just a few of the natural wonders that make this valley one of the most beautiful in the Alps. The warm welcome of the Iachelini Family , combined with the hospitality of a well-kept and peaceful alpine hut, makes Rifugio Dorigoni an ideal place for a unique high-altitude experience in Trentino. Here, guests can enjoy hikes in pristine natural settings, hut-to-hut trekking, and high-mountain ascents. Rifugio Dorigoni offers 65 beds, mainly in recently renovated multi-bed rooms, with shared bathrooms on the floor and a shower service available. Supplies are delivered by helicopter approximately every three weeks. The hut is open only during the summer season , from June 20 to September 20 . It is a comfortable alpine structure, designed with modern technology and a special focus on environmental sustainability . We look forward to welcoming you! :)
